Open Sites and Closed Enrolled (Needy area)
Gladbrook-Reinbeck CSD is participating in the Summer Food Service Program. Meals will be provided to all children without charge and are the same for all children regardless of race, color, national origin, sex (including gender identity and sexual orientation), age or disability, and there will be no discrimination during the course of the meal service. Meals will be provided, at a first come, first serve basis, at the sites and times listed below:
June 3rd, June 10th, June 17th, June 24th, July 1st, July 8th, July 15th, July 22nd, and July 29th. Pick up times will be 4-6:30pm at Salem church of Lincoln, 110 Pershing ST. Lincoln, IA 50652. Please contact Jennifer Nicholas at Jennifer.nicholas@gr-rebels.net if you are interested in these meals.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
