Today was the last time for Ag in the Classroom in the third grade. We learned about reading the back of a seed packet for information. We planted vegetable seeds. We even had a fun snack. A BIG thank you to Grundy County Farm Bureau and Shari Bakker for making this program possible for our students each month!!!!

Musical Hint Day 3:

Some homes are built to welcome guests. Others are built to keep the world out. Behind iron gates and towering walls, every hallway has a secret—and every shadow feels right at home. It’s not just a place to live… It’s a legacy.

Today in TK we made Alka- Seltzer rockets! They went quite high. The kids learned that the bubbling of the Alka- Seltzer created pressure inside the container which made the top blow off.

Yesterday, the third-grade students enjoyed a walk down to the Reinbeck Public Library. We learned about the upcoming summer reading program and took a tour of the library. We encourage kids to get involved with their local library this summer, whenever that might be!
