Gladbrook-Reinbeck CSD is moving forward with the next step in our facility planning. To place the $17.3 million bond referendum on the November 4, 2025 ballot, we must first collect enough signatures from eligible voters in our district.
✅ What’s the Petition For?
The petition asks the School Board to call for a public vote on issuing bonds to:
Build, furnish, and equip a classroom addition to the Junior High/High School
Complete related remodeling and site improvements
✍️ Who Can Sign?
Any eligible elector of the district—meaning you are qualified to vote here (registration not required).
💡 Why Sign?
Signing the petition does not mean you are voting yes or no on the bond—it simply ensures that our community has the opportunity to decide together at the ballot box this fall.
📅 Next Steps
Once enough signatures are collected, the Board can call for the election, and you’ll have your say in November.
👉 Watch for opportunities in the coming days to sign the petition, or reach out to the District Office if you’d like to sign, we will have petition copies available there or they can also be turned into the office.
If collecting signatures, please have them turned in by Tuesday, August 26th.

When it comes to the livestream of home events, there will be a new platform for events that take place in the HS gym (fine arts, volleyball, and basketball) and at the football field in Gladbrook.
We will be streaming events at those venues on Hudl TV. There will still be commentating at home events in the HS gym, so that component will not change.
Due to the camera equipment that is used for our monthly board meetings and home soccer matches, those will still be on our GR YouTube channel. There will be a livestream link included in our activity posts, so all you will need to do is click on that link to watch the Rebels!
Below is the link to our GR Hudl TV page. The link will take you to the home page:
1. Once you're there, you can click the word "video" and this will bring you to a page that has live/upcoming, highlights, and past livestreams.
2. You will click on the live/upcoming tab and you will see our future livestream that are already set up.
Any lower level activities will not be listed as upcoming, because there will be no commentating on those events. You can still click the live/upcoming tab when a lower level activity is taking place and the live video option of that event will be visible.
The Hudl TV home page link will be listed on our activity posts and when it comes to soccer season and home matches, the GR YouTube link will be listed on those activity posts.
