The TK kids had a GReat time during field day!!
TK field day and ice cream party!
It was such a beautiful day that the TK class had lunch outside!
8th graders finished their climate unit by making board games over global climate change, greenhouse gases, and pollution. Some board game names included "Earth in Distress", "Pollution Planet", and "Trash Land". It was a fun day of playing each other's board games and being board game reviewers!
Congratulations to Kennedy Brant for breaking the GR record in the 400-meter hurdles and capturing the NICL conference title in the event last night!

At last night’s NICL Conference track meet, Kennedy Brant set the school record in the 400M hurdles! She won with a time of 1:06.72.
That breaks the record set back in 1996 by Marcy Messerly with a time of 1:07.89.
Kennedy has also tied the school record in the high jump with a jump of 5’6”. That mark ties Alexis Krull who jumped 5’6” in 2007.

This morning, Mrs. Fleshner's class had a little party for our high school students who have helped us this year. The kids always look forward to having Amelie, Cam, and Kasey in our room. We wish these three students the best of luck in their future plans!

Shout out to HS Girls track w/some Conference highlights: Dylan Mathern, Elly Sieh, Kennedy Brant-2nd HiJump-5th 400, Champ 400 hurdles, Blake Mathern 8th Sprint Med-8th 100 hurdles, Kailey Larsen, Addy Ross, Tyler Mathern, Katelyn Monaghan, & Kyla Kemp with multiple PR's.
Conference golf at Phesant Ridge in Cedar Falls today. Boys ended the day in 11th place out of 15 shooting a 351, a team low for the season. 💙
Team was led by both Brayden Utter and Anthony Knaack with a pair of 87s, followed by Chad Gutknecht (88) and Michael Boyd (89) to get the team score. Austen Mathern (90) and Cole Fleshner (94) also had a good round.
